Learn about common knee injuries and how certain types of yoga poses can help or hurt your knees. In this two-hour workshop, we will implement a combination of lecture and practice to aid understanding of knee anatomy and biomechanics in order to empower your practice after injury. We will practice several poses and modifications to take the pressure off your knees and help you strengthen and regain motion while avoiding re-injury.
