Find Your Handstand

Come learn the basics of handstands and how to improve your practice through strength, flexibility and breathwork. This
series will focus on strengthening the core and shoulders while opening the hamstrings which are the physical building blocks needed for holding handstands. 
September 13th-October 13th, this five week course will meet twice a week- Thursday 9:30-10:30am and Saturday 11am-12:30pm. Keep in mind these classes build on one another and are accumulative. We will follow the class objectives listed below. You can expect to do handstand exercises every time we meet.
